Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a junior patent litigation associate with 1–3 years of experience to join our Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will handle patent litigation matters in federal courts, the ITC, and/or the PTAB, and will contribute to a collaborative IP team.

Required: JD degree, at least one year of patent litigation experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a strong academic record.

Qualifications

• At least one year of patent litigation experience.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Registered patent attorney preferred.
• Technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering or computer sciences.
