Responsibilities

• Engage in patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development and discovery.
• Participate in ITC investigations and coordinate with parallel proceedings.
• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, and client communications.
• Collaborate with technical experts to present clear, persuasive arguments.
• Be involved in PTAB proceedings, including IPRs.
• Explore SEPs/FRAND disputes.
