Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 0–3 years of related enterprise IT experience.
• Understanding of patch management concepts with WSUS/SCCM familiarity.
• Current secret security clearance is required.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply patch management principles to identify, test, and deploy OS and app updates.
• Coordinate routine and emergency patch cycles including testing and rollbacks.
• Monitor patch compliance reports and remediate non‑compliant systems.
• Understand dependencies between endpoints, servers, and networks for deployments.
• Help implement automated patch workflows and document results for audits.
• Maintain baselines, procedures, and SOPs for repeatable operations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align patches with current advisories.
