You will support lawyers with first-round markups of NDAs and commercial contracts, manage document lifecycles, deadlines, and communications with counterparties, and work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client work.

Qualifications

• 0-1+ years experience with a bachelor's degree in law or equivalent is preferred.
• Eager to learn and grow in legal practice - whether that is compliance, contracts, or funds
• Organized and efficient. You prioritize well, manage competing deadlines, and keep matters moving without losing attention to detail
• A strong communicator. You write and speak clearly and professionally, understanding that our clients expect crisp, concise advice
• A self-starter. You take initiative, work independently when needed, and proactively flag issues before they become problems
• A team player. You collaborate effectively with lawyers, senior paralegals, and client-facing teams across a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support lawyers with first-round markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts
• Manage document lifecycles, track deadlines, communicate with counterparties, and assist with execution
• Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals, contributing to high-quality client delivery across fast-moving, high-volume matters
• Build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts
