Job summary

Qualifications

The Team You'll Work With

You will be joining our North America Contracts team (US and Canada). the company Law is the largest AI-native law firm for private capital, born from the combination of Avantia Law and the company. Our lawyers and paralegals work alongside embedded AI agents to deliver high-volume legal work with a speed and consistency that traditional law firms simply can't match. As a Junior Paralegal, you will rotate across or specialize within one of three practice areas depending on your strengths and interests.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • 0-1+ years of experience (internship experience) with a bachelor's degree in law or equivalent is preferred; prior exposure to NDAs is a plus but not required
  • Eager to learn and grow. You are motivated, curious, and excited to develop expertise in legal practice - whether that is compliance, contracts, or funds
  • Organized and efficient. You prioritize well, manage competing deadlines, and keep matters moving without losing attention to detail

Salary

the company's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:

  • $57,012 - $81,099 in Hamilton, NJ (hourly rate of $27.41 - $38.99)
  • $63,731 - $90,640 in Seattle, WA (hourly rate of $30.64 - $43.58)
  • $53,664 - $76,328 in Sandy, UT (hourly rate of $25.80 - $45.78)

**Annualized salary based on estimated 40 hour hours per week before overtime*
