Job summary

Windsor-Fashions-LLC is seeking a operations coordinator to act as the central hub between Buying, Distribution, Store Operations, Visual, Finance, and Accounts Payable. The role ensures pricing accuracy, manages promotions, oversees RTVs, and supports vendor and compliance activities.

The candidate will train teammates, apply Windsor’s policies, and coordinate purchase orders, logs, and vendor communications while driving continuous improvements in pricing, promotions, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Update promotion lists and pricing simulations for weekly promos.
• Communicate RTVs to stores and coordinate follow‑ups until completion.
• Liaise with buyers, vendors, and cross‑functional partners to resolve questions.
