Responsibilities

• Business Operations: Help manage daily campaign activities, organize resources, and maintain efficient workflows.
• Sales & Customer Engagement: Gain direct experience in customer acquisition, client representation, and sales performance.
• Team Management: Support daily team briefings, coordinate activities, and assist with training new colleagues.
• Performance Analysis: Review sales figures, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Campaign Delivery: Assist with launching new client campaigns, coordinating activities, and meeting operational deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Respond to day-to-day challenges, prioritize tasks, and work with management to implement improvements.
