Job summary

Roylo Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Events Manager to join our growing team. This on-site, full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with training provided. Ideal candidates will lead event planning, drive attendee engagement, and help achieve campaign goals.

You will plan and execute promotional events, represent client brands, and coordinate campaigns at various sites. Growth opportunities exist within senior event management and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience: Training Provided
• Location: Charlotte, NC On-Site
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Start date: Ideally within 2–4 weeks

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute promotional events across Charlotte
• Engage attendees, introduce client products, generate sales opportunities
• Represent clients from various industries with professional customer experiences
• Coordinate campaigns, on-site activities, and daily schedules
• Collaborate with event staff and onboard new team members
• Track sales results and campaign performance and share feedback
• Learn client objectives and adapt sales approaches to campaigns
