Jacobs is seeking a Junior Quantity and Progress Tracking Project Controls Professional for site-based work in Spartanburg, SC or Baton Rouge, LA, with future on-site needs nationwide. The role focuses on accurate progress tracking, quantities reporting, and collaboration with construction teams and vendors across projects.

You will support the project controls team, maintain databases and dashboards, validate progress, and help manage earned value through measurable quantity criteria.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project controls, progress tracking, or related field.
• Experience tracking quantities and progress on large projects.
• Understanding of EVM principles and progress measurement.
• Experience supporting weekly/monthly project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project quantity database.
• Track quantity growth, changes, and trends.
• Define progress measurement procedures and criteria.
• Collect, validate, and track installed quantities.
• Review contractor progress against field conditions.
• Conduct field walkdowns to validate progress.
• Calculate earned quantities and percent complete.
• Monitor planned vs. actual quantities and productivity.
• Track quantities against invoices; support progress payments.
• Maintain progress reporting tools and dashboards.
