Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Visitor Control Support - Junior Specialist to assist a Department of Defense client (F-35 JPO mission) with visitor processing, access coordination, and security recordkeeping at the Arlington, VA site.

You'll work with government personnel, contractors, and visitors to ensure secure facility operations and accurate documentation. The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a fast-paced security

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree or three years of related work experience.
• Experience supporting visitor control, access control, facility security, administrative security, or related mission support functions.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support visitor processing, access coordination, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Assist with maintaining visitor logs, visit requests, access rosters, and related security files.
• Coordinate with government, contractor, and visitor personnel to support timely visitor access and accurate documentation.
• Support facility security and administrative security procedures associated with visitor management.
• Maintain accurate records and support recurring data calls, status updates, and action items tracking.
• Provide professional customer service while handling sensitive visitors and access-related information.
