Job summary

DRH Health Information Technology seeks a Network Analyst to support and monitor DRH Health’s network, servers, and security. You will deploy and maintain network infrastructure, storage, and related hardware, working under the Network Administrator.

Responsibilities include day-to-day administration, patching, user and group management, Cisco and VMware support, CrowdStrike, incident response, risk mitigation, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing professional training.

Qualifications

• Networking knowledge to organize, install, and support LANs/WANs and data networks.
• Strong analytical thinking to assess networks and anticipate customer needs.
• Basic security knowledge and incident response ability.
• Ability to explain problems and solutions to non-IT staff.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day network administration including security and patch management.
• Proactively manage and optimize server, network and firewall systems.
• Administer Core Microsoft, Cisco, and VMware technologies.
• Support CrowdStrike Endpoint Security Management software.
• Monitor alerts and address issues with users and monitoring systems.
• Maintain inventory and configuration documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and security policy enforcement.
