Job summary

Flagler Technologies LLC in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Junior Network Engineer to support and grow within our MSP team. The role offers a clear path toward Senior Network Engineer as you gain experience across vendors and client environments.

This daytime position may include evening, overnight, and weekend maintenance as needed; remote or hybrid work options are available to support diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in network engineering or similar networking-focused role.
• Strong networking fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot real-world issues.
• Experience with VLANs, IPsec, BGP/OSPF, 802.11 wireless, DNS/DHCP/QoS.
• Knowledge of enterprise switches/routers/firewalls and network monitoring tools.
• Ability to document procedures and network diagrams; maintain backups.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot switching, routing, wireless, firewall, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor network health, performance, and availability.
• Assist with network changes, firmware upgrades, and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, clients, and vendors.
