Job summary

Diversus Health Inc. in Colorado Springs seeks a Junior Network Administrator to help maintain and optimize our networks and unified communications.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and cloud-based phone systems to keep services reliable for our community providers. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in IT or equivalent and 2+ years of LAN/WAN experience; CCNA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent with 2+ years LAN/WAN experience.
• CCNA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with cloud-based phone systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Diversus Health networks and unified communications.
• Install, configure, and support network hardware, software and links.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for network, fax, paging, and related systems.
• Document network configurations and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with IT team and travel between locations as needed.
