Job summary

CareerUS Solutions is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to manage and optimize the organization's network infrastructure. The role focuses on configuring devices, monitoring performance, and ensuring secure, reliable network operations.

You will work with Cisco/Juniper equipment, implement security policies, and support IT teams to maintain high availability across LAN/WAN/VPN environments. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Experience with enterprise networking equipment (Cisco/Juniper).
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and network security principles.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux networking fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, APs).
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Manage LAN/WAN/VPN and wireless environments.
• Configure and maintain network security policies and access controls.
• Perform upgrades, routine checks, and backups; resolve outages.
• Document networks and diagrams; support IT operations.
