Job summary

Everforth ECS in Pocatello, ID is seeking a Junior Network Administrator to support mission-critical network operations and incident response. You will assist with LAN/WAN planning, deployment, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable connectivity for our federal clients.

The role requires a current Top-Secret clearance or ability to obtain SCI/CI-Poly, hands-on experience with enterprise networks, and strong emphasis on documentation and customer service. A shift and on-call rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• Top-Secret Clearance or ability to obtain SCI/CI-Poly (as required).
• Technical certifications Network+, CCNA, CCNP or equivalent.
• 1+ year of enterprise network support experience.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement LAN/WAN/WLAN networks.
• Monitor network utilization and performance metrics.
• Assist with network integrations and troubleshooting.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to teammates and clients.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call rotations.
