Qualifications

• Foundational networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and common network protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with network hardware such as firewalls, switches and access points is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Assist with network configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and respond to network-related help desk tickets.
• Assist in managing VPNs, LAN/WAN environments, and wireless networks.
• Perform routine network maintenance, updates, and security patches.
• Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with senior administrators on infrastructure projects and upgrades.
