You will monitor networks, assist with config and troubleshooting, support VPNs and LAN/WAN, and help with maintenance and security patches. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, plus a desire to learn.

Qualifications

• Foundational networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and common network protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with network hardware such as firewalls, switches and access points is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with senior administrators on infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in network administration or a related IT role

• Basic understanding of network security principles and best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
