This entry-level role offers hands-on training with the goal of becoming a licensed Loan Officer. You will work with a dedicated team, handle outbound calls, educate borrowers on private money loan programs, and target daily lead conversion goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of full-time outbound phone sales experience.
• Mortgage or lending experience NOT required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support borrowers on private money loan programs.
• Make outbound calls and handle inquiries from borrowers.
• Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
• Qualify and transfer leads to licensed Loan Officers.
• Collaborate with manager to meet daily/monthly goals.
• Assist with loan applications and gather documentation.
• Participate in structured loan officer training on mortgage products and sales strategies.
