Job summary

Radiance Technologies, an employee-owned company in the Dayton area, seeks an aerospace engineer to join the Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis team. You will work on AF SIM M&S framework to simulate aircraft, missiles, and space vehicles, collaborating with Government stakeholders across the country.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in aerospace engineering, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering, Physics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support AFSM/M&S activities focusing on aerospace simulations.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and Radiance teams on AFRL, NASIC, and IC missions.
