Datacontroller Toogeza Ltd. is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join one of its tech-focused client teams. You will create, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, AppLovin, and Pinterest, focusing on ROAS and other KPIs.

The role requires 6+ months in UA, budget handling of $150k–$200k, strong data analytics, and English at least B2 level. We offer remote or hybrid work, unlimited time-off, health and education benefits, and team events.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing.
• Experience managing budgets over $150k–$200k on paid social channels.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and how they impact business performance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude or Tableau.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.

Responsabilités

• Create, manage, and scale advertising campaigns (Meta, AppLovin, Pinterest).
• Optimize ad campaigns to achieve performance KPIs.
• Own key performance metrics such as ROAS and Spend.
• Develop and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition performance.
• Collaborate with PMMs and creative teams to improve messaging and ad creatives.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and generate new ideas.
• Research and analyze competitors’ UA strategies, channels, and creatives.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing
• Experience managing budgets over $150—200k on paid social channels
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and how they impact business performance
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude or Tableau
• Structured and systematic approach to work
• Creativity and ability to generate strong ideas and hypotheses
