Overview

• The role focuses on litigation, counseling, and compliance matters involving California and federal employment law, serving a sophisticated client base of employers across diverse industries.
• Practice responsibilities include employment class and individual litigation, unfair competition, and representing employers on issues such as employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, wage and hour compliance, and employment agreements.
• Litigation experience is important, and a substantive background in wage and hour law is a plus.
• An interest in traditional labor law and experience practicing before the National Labor Relations Board is desired but not required.
