Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking an Early Entry Level Mechanical Engineer to join the Professional Design Services team in our Atlanta, GA area offices. You will design HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems and mentor junior engineers while supporting project proposals.

This role offers broad exposure across markets, opportunity to lead small projects, interface with clients, and grow technical and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.
• 0-2 years of related MEP design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
• Mentor junior-level MEP engineering professionals.
• Support proposal efforts to ensure projects are clearly defined and scoped.
• Interface with clients and manage multiple design stages from concept to construction documents.
