Pond & Company is seeking a Senior Plumbing Designer to join our Professional Design Services team in Peachtree Corners, GA (or Remote). With 10+ years of MEP plumbing design experience, you will develop projects from concept through construction documents for clients nationwide.

The role emphasizes independent initiative, collaboration, and quality execution across markets. Work in a flexible environment with ongoing mentorship, design reviews, and opportunities to broaden your skills in Revit,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in MEP plumbing environment.
• Proficient with Revit, RISA, AutoCAD and BIM.
• Experience with federal projects preferred, mentoring staff preferred.
• Ability to work well within a team, be self-motivated to produce high quality work.
• All Pond & Company positions require in-person interview as part of hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Develop MEP plumbing designs for clients across the United States.
• Move through design stages from concept to construction documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams and mentoring junior staff as needed.
