Job summary

Publicis Groupe in the United States is seeking Associates for Publicis Media Training Program within a dynamic ad agency environment. You\'ll join client teams to learn, plan, and present media recommendations across channels.

You will develop skills in Media Negotiating & Planning, Campaign Management, and Digital analytics, with 25 training classes and mentorship guiding day-to-day agency operations and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to perform math, percentages and data analysis.

• You have a basic understanding of consumer behavior and influencing brands.

• Experience developing and presenting your thoughts and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team brainstorms to kick off plan and consideration set development.
• Assist in negotiations, evaluating RFPs, contracting rates, and increasing program value.
• Create and present media plans, tactical decks, and related documents.
• Meet with vendors to stay on top of marketplace innovations.
• Own post-campaign reconciliation and billing.
• Manage day-to-day communications with partners: Vendors, Agencies, and clients.
• Work on client teams in Analytics, Local Buying, Planning, Programmatic, Digital, Search, Content, Social.
