Job summary

You will conduct energy audits, analyze building systems for efficiency, and oversee mechanical system design through all project stages, collaborating with multiple disciplines.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a PE license, and experience with commercial or institutional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical design across schematic design and contract documents.
• Review documents for conflicts and propose resolutions.
• Write and edit mechanical specifications; select equipment and systems.
• Provide QA/QC guidance for mechanical staff.
• Conduct site coordination sessions with project manager and other disciplines.
• Assist with addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders.
• Provide construction contract administration support.
