Job summary

IMEG is seeking a Mechanical Engineering New Graduate in Rogers, AR to work with experienced engineers on design, analysis, and project execution. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to grow in MEP, building systems, and institutional projects.

You will support HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure project goals and client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, psychrometrics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics relating to mechanical systems.
• Experience or ability to work in a team and communicate effectively is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems per code requirements and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and gather project requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.
