Job summary

IMEG Corp is hiring a Mechanical Engineering New Graduate in Rogers, Arkansas for hands-on design, analysis, and project execution. You will work with a team of engineers to develop HVAC, plumbing and fire protection solutions that meet codes and IMEG standards, with mentorship and growth from day one.

You will contribute to energy‑efficient building systems and collaborate across disciplines, while staying within project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of design techniques, tools and concepts for technical plans and specs.
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics, psychrometrics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics in building systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems per codes and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and gather requirements.
• Support project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop practical solutions.
• Contribute to IMEG quality control processes and industry best practices.
