Job summary

IMEG is hiring a Mechanical Engineering New Graduate in Rogers, AR to work with a team of engineers and consultants on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. You will gain hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship and training from day one.

You will support analysis, design, and implementation oversight for mechanical systems while collaborating across cross-functional teams to meet budgets and client expectations, contributing to energy-efficient design

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and communicate technical information.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Support the execution of consulting projects as part of a project team.
• Assist with project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and monitor progress.
• Analyze low to medium complexity tasks and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop practical solutions.
• Participate in quality control to meet IMEG and industry standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and sustainability goals.
