Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
• Understanding of mechanical analysis and design calculations.
• Knowledge of welding, sheet metal, machining, casting, assembly, coatings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer new products and machines for manufacturing.
• Create and refine 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and design documentation.
• Analyze designs for strength, function, manufacturability, lifespan, and performance.
• Perform engineering calculations for strength, fatigue, gears, and drives.
• Support prototype fabrication, testing, and design validation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure producible designs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during development and after launch.
• Assist field testing units and collect customer feedback.
• Support development of technical manuals and product documentation.
