Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field or relevant experience.
- 0–1 year of hands-on assembly experience.
- Fluent in English and good communication.
- Knowledge of assembly/testing of air compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products following documented instructions to meet safety, quality, and takt time.
- Follow quality checkpoints before moving to the next stage.
- Use only the correct tools identified for the job.
- Support 5S initiatives and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
