The role emphasizes safety (Safety First, 6S), teamwork with engineering and quality staff, and flexibility to work across lines while meeting production goals and standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to read schematics.
• Ability to interpret drawings and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble compressor packages, including mechanical and electrical components, to meet quality specs.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure reliability.
• Cross-train across multiple lines and product types.
• Follow Safety First and 6S for a clean, safe workspace.
• Document BOM issues and deviations using NCR forms.
• Perform physically demanding tasks in safe manner and adhere to ergonomic policies.
• Participate in daily/weekly safety audits and 6S compliance checks.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams for process improvements.
• Support sustainability goals through energy/resource efficiency efforts.
