Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Proficiency with Rhino, AutoCAD, and Excel is expected.
• Strong attention to detail in drawings and specs.
• Excellent written communication for documentation.
• Ability to work remotely within cross-functional teams.
• Meet deadlines and deliver quality work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering support for Coast Guard boat programs.
• Develop, review, and update technical documentation and checklists.
• Support configuration management per Coast Guard policies and SOWs.
• Collaborate daily with Coast Guard leads, program managers, and engineers.
• Coordinate with boat builders to propose design changes and verify structures.
• Review Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for compliance.
• Conduct research and synthesize findings into technical reports.
