Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shift.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in tools.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build steel rule dies from drawings and specifications.
• Measure, assemble, and inspect components for accuracy.
• Work with wood, steel rule, rubber and other materials.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain quality standards throughout production.
• Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems and improve production.
• Keep workspace organized and follow safety procedures.
