Dynamic Dies in Monroeville, PA is hiring a Manufacturing Production Associate. No prior die-making experience required; we provide paid training to learn the trade and build a long-term career in manufacturing.

You will help build precision tooling used to manufacture corrugated boxes across North America, reading drawings, handling diverse materials, and following safety procedures in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills helpful.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift during shift.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in tools.

Responsibilities

• Build custom steel rule dies from drawings and specs.
• Measure, assemble, inspect components for accuracy.
• Work with wood, steel rule, rubber and other materials.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain quality standards throughout production.
• Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems and improve processes.
• Keep work area organized and follow safety procedures.
