Job summary

Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in a hands-on role that also covers machine operation, assembly, and self-directed quality inspection.

The position involves deburring, finishing, bending, and forming tasks with on-the-job training provided to help you succeed. Prior background in manufacturing production or food service is a plus, and candidates should be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of following work orders.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Background in assembly, order packing, or quality inspection is helpful.
• Willingness to learn Kaizen and single-piece flow.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to read work orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication & finishing duties including deburring, assembly, bending, and forming.
• Operate equipment as a Machine Operator.
• Perform basic quality inspections and document findings.
• Complete required paperwork for part counts, scrap, and labor time.
