Dynamic Dies in Middletown, OH is hiring a Manufacturing Production Associate to help build precision tooling for corrugated boxes. No die-making experience required; paid training provided.

You will work with quality materials, read engineering drawings, measure, assemble, and inspect components, following safety procedures. This is a full-time, first-shift role with a competitive starting pay.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Good attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and move throughout shift.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with tools is helpful.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Build custom steel rule dies from engineering drawings and production specifications.
• Measure, assemble and inspect components for accuracy.
• Work with wood, steel rule, rubber and other materials.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain quality standards throughout production.
• Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems and improve production.
• Keep work area organized and follow all safety procedures.
