Dynamic Dies in Monroeville, PA is seeking Manufacturing Production Associates to build precision tooling for the corrugated packaging industry. No die-making experience is required; we provide paid training and support your growth into a skilled trade. You’ll work first shift, 6:00 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, starting at $18.00 per hour or higher. Dynamic Dies emphasizes safety, teamwork, and internal career advancement within a family-owned manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Good attention to detail and steady attendance.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shift.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with tools.

Responsibilities

• Build steel rule dies from drawings and specifications.
• Measure, assemble, and inspect components for accuracy.
• Work with wood, steel rule, rubber, and other materials.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain quality standards throughout production.
• Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems and improve processes.
