Job summary

Intuitive Machines is seeking a Junior-Level Manufacturing Engineering Technician for our Houston, TX site. The role provides technical and administrative support to Manufacturing Engineering and cross-functional teams, interfacing with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Process Development to ensure smooth production.

You will assist in creating and maintaining manufacturing docs, work instructions, and process controls while supporting continuous improvement and on-time delivery under tight

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with CAD software, Creo and/or Fusion 360
• Familiarity with ASME Y14.5 and related standards
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Creative approach to problem solving
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate manufacturing requirements for flight components with Procurement.
• Assist in developing manufacturing components, assemblies, tooling, and processes.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Support shop-floor activities and document process issues.
• Coordinate RFQ packages and track procurement activities.
• Review drawings and documentation to identify manufacturing requirements and issues.
• Support continuous improvement by collecting data and implementing updated processes.
• Adapt to fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new manufacturing technologies.
