Job summary

Intuitive Machines, LLC in Houston, TX, seeks a Junior-Level Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join the Production & Manufacturing Team. This onsite role provides technical and administrative support to Manufacturing Engineering and cross-functional teams.

You will work with Procurement, Manufacturing, Process Development, and Process Control to support program integration and day-to-day manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with CAD software (Creo and/or Fusion 360).
• Familiarity with ASME Y14.5 and related standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective verbal and written communication; teamwork.
• Ability to work under compressed and aggressive delivery schedules.
• US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Work with Procurement to identify and communicate manufacturing requirements for flight components.
• Assist in developing manufacturing components, assemblies, tooling, and processes.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Assist with shop-floor activities, data collection, and process issue documentation.
• Assist with vendor coordination, RFQ packages, and tracking procurement activities.
• Review drawings and technical documentation to identify manufacturing requirements and issues.
• Support continuous improvement by collecting data and implementing updated processes.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
