Intuitive Machines is hiring a Junior-Level Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our Production & Manufacturing Team in Houston, TX. The role provides technical and administrative support to Manufacturing Engineering and cross-functional teams, interfacing with Procurement, Manufacturing, Process Development, and Process Control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with CAD software, Creo and/or Fusion 360
• Familiarity with ASME Y14.5 and related standards
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Creative approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate manufacturing requirements for flight components.
• Develop manufacturing components, assemblies, tooling, and processes to support production and new product introduction.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Assist with shop-floor activities and data collection.
• Coordinate with vendors and track procurement activities as needed.
• Review drawings and technical documentation to identify manufacturing requirements and issues.
• Support continuous improvement by collecting data and implementing updated processes.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
• Demonstrate a desire to learn and adopt new manufacturing technologies.
