Job summary

The Wall Group in Nashville is seeking a Junior Manager to support the Managing Director, own the desk with minimal supervision and start building a roster of artists.

You will maintain daily artist communications, oversee bookings and travel, and coordinate schedules during show season while handling confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable dealing with a diverse variety of people by phone, email and in person in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
  • Outstanding organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience supporting a high-level Executive.
  • Ability to stay one step ahead in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
  • Demonstrated interest in fashion, beauty, media, and/or entertainment.

The Role And What You’ll Do

The Junior Manager will be responsible for providing support to the Managing Director of The Wall Group in our Nashville office. Demonstrating independent judgement, the Junior Manager will own the functions of the desk with little supervision while building a roster of their own.

  • Maintain daily communication with artists
  • Oversee all artist bookings and accounts from start to finish, including all logistics and billings
  • Coordinate artists travel
  • Manage artist and assistant schedule during show season
  • Demonstrate experience with a variety of bookings: sponsorships, brand deals, social, etc.
  • Regularly attend industry events to build a network and to leverage industry relationships that result in new business opportunities for artists
  • Partner with cross-functional staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while demonstrating poise, resourcefulness and the highest level of professionalism.
  • A demonstrated interest in fashion, beauty, media, and/or entertainment preferred.
