El Car Wash is seeking a Junior Maintenance Tech to paint, repair, and refresh multiple Florida locations. You will partner with Maintenance Technicians on larger projects, support site buildouts, and maintain clean, safe work areas. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and pride in finished work.

Ideal candidates have experience in painting, drywall, carpentry or related trades, a valid driver's license with daily site travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in Florida heat.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel between locations daily in Florida.
• Hands-on painting and general repairs experience.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces; prep, prime, and finish.
• Perform drywall, carpentry, doors, fixtures and general fix‑its.
• Support larger projects with staging materials and prep work areas.
• Keep equipment rooms, chemical storage and tool inventory organized.
• Follow OSHA, site safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Log work in Wash Assist and update tickets by priority.
