El Car Wash is seeking a Junior Maintenance Tech to handle painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs across multiple Florida locations. You will partner with senior technicians on larger projects and ensure site readiness and cleanliness, while following safety protocols and maintaining logs.

You should have a high school diploma or GED and be willing to travel between sites daily, using hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Hands-on painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and daily site travel.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces, prep and finish with clean lines.
• Repair drywall, carpentry tasks, doors, hardware and fixtures.
• Support larger projects, stage materials and keep areas organized.
• Maintain site presentation, cleanliness of equipment rooms and storage.
• Follow safety protocols and log work in the system.

Level: Frontline | HourlyDepartment: Maintenance | Facilities ProjectsReports To: Area Director | Senior Maintenance TechnicianWork Setting: Site / Field | Multi-LocationTHE ROLEAs a Junior Maintenance Tech at El Car Wash, you keep our sites looking sharp and running right. You'll handle painting, surface prep, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs across multiple Florida locations, and partner with our Maintenance Technicians on larger projects, buildouts, and site refreshes. This is a hands-on, project-driven role for someone who takes pride in clean lines, solid fixes, and finished work. Show up, take ownership, and sweat the details, and you'll help make every location look and feel like Florida's #1 car wash.WHAT YOU'LL OWNPainting & Finishes: Prep, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces. Patch, caulk, and sand for clean lines and full coverage. Keep brand colors and finishes consistent across every site.Handyman Repairs: Handle drywall, carpentry, doors, hardware, fixtures, signage mounting, and general fix-it work. Knock out punch lists and touch-ups so nothing sits unfinished.Project Support: Partner with Maintenance Technicians on larger projects, buildouts, and equipment installs. Stage materials, prep work areas, and keep projects moving on schedule.Site Presentation & Upkeep: Keep equipment rooms, chemical storage areas, and tool inventory clean and organized. Support lot cleaning, tunnel detail, and minor structural repairs.Safety & Compliance: Follow all OSHA, ECW, and site-level safety protocols without exception. Use required PPE, follow ladder and lift safety, and handle paints and solvents per SDS guidelines.Documentation & Communication: Log all work accurately in Wash Assist, complete tickets by priority, and keep your Tech leads and Regional Manager informed on project status.WHAT YOU BRINGHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license with a clean driving record.
