Job summary

El Car Wash in Florida is seeking a Junior Maintenance Tech to keep sites sharp and functioning. You’ll handle painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs across multiple locations, partnering with our Maintenance Technicians on larger projects and site refreshes.

Qualifications

• Experience performing painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs across facilities.
• Ability to manage punch lists and touch-ups to keep sites finished and clean.
• Willingness to partner with technicians on larger projects and site refreshes.
• Follow OSHA and site safety protocols with proper PPE and SDS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prep, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces with brand color consistency.
• Handle drywall, carpentry, doors, hardware, fixtures, and signage mounting.
• Assist on project builds, material staging, and area prep to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain equipment rooms, chemical storage, and tool inventory in order.
• Log work in Wash Assist and communicate project status to leads.
