Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass I-9 verification.
• Hold apprentice or journeyman license in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• English literacy at 8th grade level.
• At least 3 years of applicable trade experience.
• Knowledge of building systems: plumbing, electrical, HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair district equipment.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance across the district.
• Assist licensed technicians when required.
• Willing to work overtime and respond to callbacks.
