Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Junior M&A Analyst to support the corporate development team in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. You will assist with financial modeling, due diligence, and market research while developing your skills in corporate finance and strategic analysis under guidance.

You will work in a fully remote setup with flexible hours, and compensation is offered in USD or local currency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in finance, corporate development, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Familiarity with financial statements and analysis.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good level of English.
