Job summary

Antares Capital is seeking an entry-level Analyst, Loan Administration to support daily loan activity and ensure accurate, timely recording in WSO. The role includes training and mentorship from experienced team members while developing knowledge of loan lifecycle events and operational processes.

Responsibilities include processing fundings, paydowns, interest accruals, and routine communications with agents, trustees, and counterparties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field or internship experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in loan administration or related field.
• Strong interest in financial markets and lending products.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine loan lifecycle events such as fundings, paydowns, interest accruals and payments, and fees.
• Perform daily checks to ensure loan activity is accurately recorded and aligned with SOPs.
• Assist in researching breaks or discrepancies related to loan activity with senior staff.
• Review documentation related to loan activity and process accordingly.
• Interact with external agents, trustees, custodians, and counterparties on routine matters.
