Job summary

West Capital Lending is seeking a Customer Lending Representative (Junior Loan Officer) to join our frontline team. You will get hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a licensed Loan Officer in about six months.

You will handle mortgage inquiries from clients, conduct outreach via calls and messages, and maintain accurate records while learning compliance and loan process basics.

Qualifications

• Previous mortgage industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with a computer and phone.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries.
• Handle Email, Calls and Text Message campaigns to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software.
• Pre-approve potential clients with a series of 5 questions.
• Collaborate with other bankers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Utilize dialing systems to reach a target number of outbound calls and transfers per day.
