Job summary

The People Of: Professional Services in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Junior Litigation Associate at the 2nd–3rd year level to join a sophisticated litigation platform and develop across a broad range of complex disputes.

You will perform complex research, draft motions and pleadings, assist with discovery, and support partners and senior litigators on high-stakes matters, taking on increasing responsibility as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Broad litigation experience as required for junior associates.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work within sophisticated litigation teams.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated litigation matters across a broad range of disputes.
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis.
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings and other litigation documents.
• Assist with discovery and other key stages of litigation.
• Support partners and senior litigators on significant matters.
• Contribute to case strategy and matter preparation.
• Take increasing responsibility as experience develops.
