Qualifications

• Valid CAM license or Florida certification required.

• Basic knowledge of property management and associations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of community associations.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and expense monitoring.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and service providers.
• Enforce rules and resolve resident inquiries professionally.
• Prepare records, reports, and meeting minutes.
